RESOLUTION NO. 278, S.2019 – REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (DEPED) AND SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONSOLACION TO HAVE PRIOR CONSULTATION AND COORDINATION WITH THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF CONSOLACION THRU THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE FOR ANY NEW IMPROVEMENT / CONSTRUCTION OF ANY EDIFICE IN SCHOOL INITIATED BY GOVERNMENT OR PRIVATE ENTITY ESPECIALLY THOSE PROPERTY UNDER THE USUFRUCTUARY RIGHTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY.
